We are ready to offer above 20 types of biological products containing stem cells and their derivatives. Their high efficiency has been theoretically, experimentally substantiated and practically proved for longer than 10 years. These drugs can be used to treat wounds, burns, septic conditions, hemorrhagic shock, and other critical states as well as during convalescence. For manufacturing of them liquid nitrogen is needed, that in a wartime is problem. To use these drugs in a field, or to establish their stocks in hospitals, we have designed their lyophilized forms, for the production of those there is a demand in a freeze-drying FreeZone 4.5 Liter -50C Benchtop Freeze Dryer with Vacuum pump and drying accessory (Labcomco Corp., USA), FreeZone 4.5 Liter -50C Benchtop Freeze Dryer - Labconco. Constant bombing and emergency power outages caused leaking and failures in some refrigerators and freezers. Clearly the reagents stored therein were spoiled. On the same reasons several high precision equipment such as confocal and electron microscopes, spectrophotometers, etc. were broken. So the IPC&C need funds to revive the damaged equipment, to purchase the reagents. Therefore we would be very happy and grateful to get as a charity the used devices.

About the Institution

The Institute for Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IPC&C) has many decades of experience in delivering advances in cryobiology and cryomedicine, as well as and in promoting multidisciplinary research and training essential to progress in these fields. It was founded in 1972. Now 11 scientific departments and a low-temperature bank, which has been designated the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as a National Treasure, are involved in fundamental and applied research. The scientific potential of the Institute is represented by an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, 22 doctors and 105 candidates of sciences. To date it is the only Institute in the world that comprehensively develops modern medical and biological cryotechnologies. IPC&C is an interdisciplinary research institution employing biologists, physicians, physicists, biophysicists, chemists, biochemists, engineers and scientists of other specialties. This feature of focusing on the multidisciplinary sciences which underpin the low temperature sciences is unique internationally, attracting the status of a UNESCO Chair in Cryobiology, being hosted by the Institute since 1989.
