About the Institution

Luhansk State Medical University was located in the Eastern part of Ukraine – Donbass – and was damaged in the first days of the Russian military invasion. Buildings, campus and simulation center were destroyed and plundered. University has decamped to a West Region of Ukraine to escape fighting in the war-torn region close to the Russian border. We continue the educational process as soon as possible. Medical students' education is an important mission to overcome the humanitarian crisis in these dark times for Ukraine.
