Under the arrangement announced by the National Science Centre offering assistance to researchers fleeing Russian invasion of Ukraine, principal investigator dr Aleksandra Wrońska offers positions in their team to Ukrainian researchers.

Title: On-line monitoring of dose distribution in proton therapy using heavy scintillating fibers.

Our group is constructing a detection setup, based on heavy scintillator fibers, for online monitoring of proton therapy.

Eligible for the employment are researchers who hold at least a PhD degree (known as the Candidate of Sciences under the Ukrainian system) and who worked at Ukrainian universities and in other research centres before the war.

Their work and research interests must bear relevance for the thematic scope of the projects.
